Time Check Pull Up x8
Push Up with Thigh Clap x4
Hand Stand Push Up x4
Military Push Up x4
Kettlebell Pull Up x4
Kettlebell T-Rotation Press x4

Repeat this circuit 4X

Record your time.
 
This will complete your workout.
